lol. Well I had a guide to help me. Cool game nonetheless. Thank god I didn't get ripped off on any achievements.

^^ Especially if they added multiplayer, the game would kick ass even more!

Yeah a multiplayer would make this game the shit, perfect dark style only running around a scary house with only melee weapons battering the shit out of each other. That would be great.

Which guide did you use? I plan on trying to go through Condemned within the next week or two (if I can ever take Oblivion out of my Xbox).

Thanks,

I played thro the game once without a guide, dont use one first time round, it spoils the experience and loses all of its scare factor. Then I got my guide off gamefaqs.com to collect all the birds and metal pieces to round off the achievements. Fantastic game if you dont use a guide first time round.

Definitely a game that should be played with the lights out at 1am with no guide. I don't understand the desperate pursuit of achievement points when you have to use a guide for everything. Games are meant to be explored...

Please note, I have played through it. That's why I asked for what guide is best to use :)

I agree with this, however without the guide I lost interest in this game right after the first chapter. I got my hands on this game 3 months later for the purpose of beating it with a guide. It was an impressive game.

Yeah its a great game.

Hopefully the movie will be good because to be honest, films like res evil and doom are terrible.

I used a guide the first time but the game was still amazing. I played it again without a guide after I had all the achievements which was equally as good. I understood the plot a bit more second time round.

I would love to see a sequel with some online co-op. Not really sure how they would implement that, but it would kick ass. Maybe have one person have all the weapons and the other person play as the tag along lab tech and they interpret what all the evidence means depending on what comes up on their screen.

That way it's more like the original game and it doesn't break the game (i.e. you and your friend could just double team all the psychos). And maybe make the lab tech person faster in case they have to run away from some baddies. Something like that.

I think a sequel would be awesome.
I'm not sure if it's just me.
But I have no idea what happened to Vanhorn at the end of this game.
I watched the ending twice (I got both Revenge and Compassion) and I still didn't get it.
Read all the reports.
Still no luck.

it wouldn't work for a movie. to strange. and they would change it. if they don't they might not do too well with people who don't play games.
co op would ruin the scare factor. maybe a a death match or a mode were 1 person trys to scare/kill the other in a level.
