Halo 3 Multiplayer Map Names Discovered

More Halo 3 beta code mining has resulted in the finding of what looks to be the names of all of the multiplayer maps that we'll be playing in Halo 3. The 7th Columnist, with the help of a few others, discovered the map names while searching through the code for juicy Halo 3 information. There's our beta maps Valhalla, Snowbound, and High Ground listed and even recently announced maps Last Resort and Shrine. But there's others we haven't heard about like Chill, Construct and Warthog Inc that make our imaginations run wild.

Chill
Description: Halo 3 Chill

Construct
Description: Halo 3 Construct

Cyberdyne
Description: Halo 3 Cyberdyne

Epitaph
Description: Some believe the Forerunners preferred desolate places. Others suggest that few other sites survived the Flood.

Guardian
Description: Halo 3 Guardian

High Ground
Description: A relic of older conflicts, this base was reactivated after the New Mombasa Slipspace Event.

Isolation
Description: Halo 3 Isolation

Last Resort
Description: Remote industrial sites like this one are routinely requisitioned and razed as part of Spartan training exercises.

Shrine
Description: Halo 3 Shrine

Snowbound
Description: Hostile conditions did not prevent the Covenant from seeking salvage on this buried Forerunner construct.

Valhalla
Description: The crew of V-398 barely survived their unplanned landing in this curious gorge.

Warthog Inc
Description: Halo 3 Warthog Inc

One of those better be a Lockout remake. Chill or Isolation maybe? And hopefully there are more maps than just that.

Only 12 maps? :( Trust me i'm grateful for those 12 maps but i was really hoping for at least 15+. I suppose we will get those via XBLM DLC :D I hope that they really invest a lot of time in DLC this time around with Halo3, im talking a new map every month or something :)

Anyways, nice find!!

I'm thinking Chill will be a lockout re-make :D
