Anyone check this out yet? This is the first Im seeing this today, how long has it been available? Basically its google earth but now you can view streets at street level. So it looks like you are walking instead of looking down on everything.

I live in the San Francisco Bay Area and one of my neighbours must work for Google. A small section of my neighbourhood is detailed (probably where they live), but it falls about 4 streets short of mine.

I want to find out their 'filming' schedule, I want to be picking up the Sunday paper in my boxers when they drive by! Scary

This is great! I guess a lot of people wont be happy though because it does kind of invade people's privacy. Nonetheless very cool.

People whine about privacy too much. These are things anyone in the world can see just walking down a street. Now if they were pointing the camera in homes or public bathrooms I could understand the privacy concerns.
