Help I am stuck on the end of Tortuga

Ok so i have collected all the items in this level including the Jack chest and the calypso chest. I am at the part where it says to find and convince the man to go to the conclave. I go to where the arrow points and can't seem to find any available options. It appears as though he is hidden whithin one of the buildings please help if you can thanks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i don't exactly know if this is the same part but i remember having problems on that level with my compass. I had to go back away from that chest where i fought some guys and then there was a climbable wall and then i think i had to use a zip line over towards where the arrow points to on the compass. Hopefully this helps and is the same part you were talking about and sorry if it is not. The wall was right before where you fought a bunch of guys in front of that chest.

is this part after you clime the wall and cross the two beams into the back part of the map? or is it in the front of the map?

I think i see the zip line you are talking about but i can't get to it?

umm...i honestly don't remember exactly what was happening at the point but i think we are talking about the same part. There was a large gate that won't open but the compass points to the right of the gate and there isn't anything over there but a building and a chest next to it named like sao something's chest? And you are trying to chase that guy down. From what i remember if you go up and then do the zipline over there it shows a short cutscene of him going to another part and another part and you follow him. If this isn't right then i am talking about something else

yes after is shows a quick scene then you have to fight several more guys in the little square area. I don't know where to go after that to find the actual guy? What wall do you clime to get to him?

from what i remember it was like right before that little square. look above you and there should be a rope going towards the spot on the compass, well maybe. If there is follow this rope back towards the front and that might help. Im pretty sure if you are heading into the square it would be on your left hand side and i think it might of been like the plant texture that you can climb.

Ok i have pasted this from a walkthrough that i used:

Run and jump over to the next platform, then back down to street level and defeat the enemies. Use the RT trigger button to run and jump up the vine-covered call and onto the ledge. Shimmy right on the ledge to the other side and drop down. Go forward, turn right and up the first staircase to pick up the flag. Go back down and head straight up the path, avoiding the exploding barrels being rolled by the enemy. Once in the brothel area, climb on the wall on the right using the RT trigger button and jump on the ledge. Go across both balance beams and jump down off the platform. Defeat the enemies and avoid the explosive barrels thrown on the path. Climb down the first staircase and follow the path around to the left to pick up the flag in the corner.

7. Once you reach Black Alley look to your left and climb the wall using your sword. Make your way across tow seperate beams and drop down off the wooden platform. Go into the building and get the last Flag inside the chest

And to finish the level:

Follow the path down the staircase to enter Mistress Ching's area. Climb the rope on the left side after the stair and jump across the platforms to get to the zip line. Press the jump button to use the zip line and follow Villanueva and activate the cutscene. Go through the three duels (1 with Villanueva and 2 with Mistress Ching) to complete the level.
