How do Hero Punch achievement?

I dunno how it work I checked achievement guide but it not help me to how work is it.

You have to break the defenses of an enemy that is blocking or using a shield. You break their defense by using a strong attack, which is done by holding down :xbut:, you don't need to release at any specific time, once you have held it down long enough the character will attack.

Later in the game there are plenty of enemies that use shields and you basically have to use a strong attack to be able to beat them as they will block every single one of your normal attacks. Just keep playing them game and you will get this eventually without even really trying.

Awww thank you for help again and of course I got achievement now, it is pop up once I keep 2 or 3 times charge attacks on normal enemy (bone enemy in episode 2 level):woop:SWEET 5G!!!
