Achievement Message: "2 for 50g"?

After finishing the Isla Cruces, there was two achievments (Will's 4th and Liz's 2nd Finishing moves) that unlocked. However, instead of them both unlocking and popping-up separately, it read "Achievement Unlocked - 2 for 50 g).

Thought it strange since the Spring update made it so you could see which one of the achievements that you got, and instead it combined the two. Just wondering if everyone else has gotten the same message. And if so why would they do it this way?

Yeah I get it too. I dunno, I guess there isn't enough space to explain more than 1 achievement at a time.

Yeah i've had this message as well, not too sure why and what game it was now but yeah i've had it. I usually hit the guide button anyway to see how many points i'm on for the game after i've unlocked an achievement.

wow thats funny stuff ....... when i finnally get around to beating CoD2 (i'll be doing so on veteran) it'll end up saying "3 of 410G" ............ thats gonna crack me up so much, partly cuz it'll mean i'll have my 1000/1000.

but i'm gonna try and watch for that from now on LoL

It's suppose to do that. I've seen it on other games. It's just the way MS decide to do it with the new update.

I have had that also on a few games i am sure it was what MS has done when they did the last update. :)

happened to me aswell on this and PGR3, and it is the update for sure, cos it never used to do it until i updated the dashboard!

It was pretty weird that it happened. Thanks for the info...Don't fewel so weird now :). It's gonna be cool to see what other game this will happen with.

that wierd, i was playing ncaa march madness and i unlocked like 8 achievements at the end of a game but each one came up seperately....

It's too funny. I got the same thing. I'm not complaining about it though, I do like the new detailed achievement popup.

It's to save room. I've gotten the same thing for another game (Don't remember which one) where it's told me 2 for whatever.

i got it too, i was suprised that there were too "beat this level" achievements for one level, because that is what the unlock this finishing move is basically

i think it is part of the update the best expample to prove it would be lost planet where the achievemnts don't come up until after the level, but if someone finds all the target marks and then beat the level then would get both

Ah, I remember which game I got it on. Saint's Row, when I took over Stilwater. Haha! Yeah. MS wants to look 'pro'. I like it though, it makes me feel happy. And very few things make me happy.

I dont think it has anything to do with them wanting to look "professional". It's just easier for them to say 2 for 50G than flash two separate Achievement Unlocked notifications. Reduces the clutter on the screen..

But isn't that what being professional is all about? Reducing clutter to something? Organized is also a good word.

Not to be redundant but it can only show the txt for one achievement at a time. Not like everyone doesn't already hit the center button anyway and check.

i had similar messages during test drive unlimited so i could see it happening in other games.
