Paying for virgin media broadband and dont feel your getting a good price?

0845 0540000
retentions number

Phone that number and tell them your thinking of leaving,
and ask them what deals they can do you,
Ive just got the XL broadband package for £25 a month for life,
a lot better than the £37 a month that most people are paying,
if you have the tv and phone as well you can also get them either upgraded for the same price or a good deal.

My internet is pritty screwed with them... It was half a MB and was apsolute shite. Rang up and it was the same price as 1MB, and it's also the same for 2MB but you had to request it. Only taken 2 days to get connection on that aswell.

Anyways, Get SKY, Get orange BB and I should be good.

That's weird, I get broadband AND tv for only 20 pounds a month. That said, it's the 'medium' package... does anybody need more than 2mb download speeds, though?

If you download a lot of things then its critical to have good download/upload speeds- and 2 meg doesnt cut it

10 meg has a better upload speed than the 2 meg,
since i run 2 360s sometimes i need more upload to prevent lag.

Well.. Japans already on 5000MB a sec so why can't we have more than 20?

2MB is really bad if you've got a home network. 2 Desktops 2 laptops and 3 xbox's on mine. Not all at the same time obviously but fuck me I give some stick for it.

My Dad managed to get 4mb BB, full TV package excluding the movies or sport and phone line with free calls anytime for £34 iirc.
Hoping when we phone up about getting virgin+ and an extra box added that we can get a better deal and get better BB although not had any trouble with the 4mb.

Ouch. I had to work on a computer the other day for a friend and he only had a meg down. It made me want to cry. I couldn't imagine doing it day in and day out.

I've never heard of a data plan like that. I'd be weary of such high up with such a low down.
