Stuck on level 6 - Amazon

I am stuck on the Amazon level where you have to release the three coloured tubes and use Big Chill to cool them down. I don't have enough Mana (the blue health bar) to cool down the 3 tubes and make the two clones of Echo Echo to release the door. I only have enough Mana to make one clone. I have upgraded Big Chill and Echo Echo to the max.


I have fixed the issue, I rebooted my xbox and reloaded the save point, this time the Mana refilled each time I used it and I have continued the level. Must have a been a glitch preventing the Mana refilling.
