What is this grendae trick i am hearing mentioned in places?

How do you do it and does it have any benefit?

i dont know the trick but have heard a few talk about it but wouldnt tell me how and i have had it done on me in 1 game the team got killed 4 to 50 there was grendaes flying all over the place i dont think they ran out
