Last 2 Executions

I only have 2 executions left but I can't do them for the life of me. Why? because I can't that damn Tire Iron! I've Checked the back of a bunch of stores, warehouses and other places but cant find it. I'd appreciate it if someone could tell me a store or place to find it, extra thanks if it's in New Jersey since This is the last place with stores and other gang related areas are at and the place I'm at right now since I want to get these executions before I kill the Stracci, Barzini and Cuneo off.

i am having the same problem =/, cant find the tire iron, saw it a ton in the beggining but now im about half way done and cant find one, does anyone know if there is an apartment or something that has one?

Just search for a racket with a garage in the back and those stairs up to the rooms with windows- there is usually a tire iron to the right when you enter the big room on the lower level.

I found one in one of my safe houses and another in any racket with a loading dock (like the ones hidden in the back of cigar shops).
