Glitched myself out of Mexico potenially.

Hey guys.
I stupidly killed Seth and his zombie friends one mission, and a friend has said that this glitches me out of mexico. I've finished all the stranger missions within the USA, And has been 18 days (ingame) since i met that snake oil guy.
Any ideas?

LOL now hes dead you cant progress coz hes part of the mexico story, just restart but be carefull this time
