My thoughts after playing this for a few hours!

I was suprised when i noticed that there were no threads for this game. And after playing it for a while i know why. This game blows big time. I seemed like i was running into walls and other objects more than anything. The cars are pretty cool. Kinda like twisted metal. But one of the things that sucked was there are not too many zombies around. WTF?? And the online will be dead by this weekend. Took forever to find a match. I am going to grind a few cheevos and send this sucky game back to gamefly. DO NOT BUY THIS GAME. Worth a rental if you are bored.:uzi:

Whilst its never gonna win any awards for breaking new ground in driving racers its ok for just what it is, nothing more nothing less.

what ruins it for me is the rubbish camera angles when your turning, you cant see dick, if your opponent has just whizzed past, trying to turn to target him is really cruddy and difficult to focus properly..


True also about the lack of zombies when driving about, more zombies needed..

Id give it a 6/10 and thats being kind tbh, graffics are pretty pants too

I was planning on buying this game today as it's now finally released in Europe. from the looks of the trailer it should be a very fun game, but now I have read all the messages about there being very few zombies, sucky camera angles and poor handling and such I think I'll skip this one.

Maybe I'm better off getting Dead Rising 2, at least there are lots of zombies in it :)

This game is not bad, it is a mixture between Carmageddon and Destruction Derby. Think about Carmageddon with zombies an no circuit. Controls are not so bad. Perhaps the most people suck at it because does not give a chance to the game. I choose Brock and I placed first on every cup I tried. Other choice can be Natalya. The other cars are not so good, lack of strength mostly

I've played it for about 30 minutes ... not sure how well that qualifies me to add to this thread, and having just finished Need For Speed: Hot Pursuit, my bar IS set a little high for vehicle handling.

This is a PS2 game, I expect more from my x360 games. If you liked Twisted Metal, you might like it. Even at the discounted price I got this for I feel like I'll have to really work to feel like I got my value.

Two of my favourite games, I was hoping, if far from expecting, good things from this game even when it was getting no attention at all. (Sign of something dire or very niche usually) The few reviews it has are horrible but the above comment gives at least some hope it can be enjoyable for a short while. May still pick it up, being right up my alley might boost it from dire to mediocre in my case I hope.

I'm actually still enjoying this game been playing for a few hours and not even gone out of my way for achievements because I'm still exploring the levels and tournaments.
I can see it getting a bit repetitive in the not too distant future, but then most games get like that after more than a few hours.

In regards to submitting it, I would wait until you've fully completed and tested each achievement, to make sure everything is correct. Submitting only means it will be added to the main page on the site. To get started on the guide, simply create a thread and copy and paste the achievement list. Then put in guides.
