Zoom feature for the canon

I have seen a zoom feature for the sniper rifle (simply called "canon" in France) during the game's introduction FMV, but never could access it myself. It isn't in the booklet, and I tried every damn button. So...

1) Am I a stupid lame ass player and is it simple ?
2) Is it a feature in the FMV but not built in the game ?

And if I suck, please tell me which button to press because I finished Esay, Normal and Hard without using it and if it exists it is high time I try it :wtf

you need to have the cannon selected as you weapon. Then use the elemental spell - press RB then A. You can now zoom in and out.

First you need to get the Cannon, and unlock the Spell Elemantal Shot. Both can to be bought after you complete any level. Once you have both of them, select the Cannon during gameplay. You can do this by pressing the B Button, you may have to press it multiple times. Once you have the Cannon, now you have to use the spell Elemental Shot. To do this, press RB followed by the A Button. Then you will have Four Bullets with you Cannon, which means that it's now the Sniper. You can now Zoom in and out by by clicking the Right Thumpstick.

Sorry if this is a little bit to much information. I don't know what you have done besides beating Easy, Normal, and Hard, so I wanted to be as clear as possible. Also you are not stupid. I beat Hell Mode without knowing about the Sniper. I figured it out while waiting for my my last Achievement,Total Play Time of 15 Hours.:eek:

"Le canon" is very useful against snipers, and you can kill most soldiers with a single headshot from a long distance if you upgrade the gun and the elemental spell (more power+multiple zooms).

Yeah, you weren't the only one. I thought I tried everything. That one didn't even cross my mind since I rarely use it.
