No Gift Lovin from NPCs

What does a hero have to do to get a gift from an NPC? I went into my friend's game (he's literally one mission behind me) and they had a bunch of gift on their heads. I friended everyone in my game... no gifts.

I'd also like to know this. When I first staring making "friends" in Brightwall, every time I would visit the town someone would have the gift icon above their head. Then it suddenly stopped. Anybody have any info or ideas on this?

try killing some innocents... i know that sounds weird but i did and i get mad gifts in the village where i killed them

My friend said she was even getting gifts from people that hated her. So far I haven't seen one gift in mine yet. I was trying to be good so I didn't want to kill anyone. :/

I never got gifts from anyone except wives before "the big *spoiler* where you *spoiler* the biggest *spoiler* to Albion". After that, every time I go into a village there's 3-10 people with gifts.

In other words, I have no friggin idea how to get them before that point except to ask was he married to a bunch of people?

Maybe you need to empty your gift box. If it is empty, then watch te NPC's. I know I had a temporary glitch where the NPC's couldn't walk around anywhere. Just make sure to check their friendship thing on the bottom of the screen, do relationship quests and all that. I receive gifts from my in-game wife and children all the time and while I'm king wondering the streets.

Nope, he wasn't married. I don't have much in my gift area either. *grumbles*
