Are there Tipps for the SuperSpeedAreas?

Hi Guys..

I want to 1k this game, but i'm stucked with Sonic at the S ranks in the levels, where are the SuperSpeedAreas, are there some Tipps for each one?

-Wave Ocean
-Crisis City
-Radical Train
-Kingdom Valley

I still can't beat them on S...

Just need help with Crisis City...the other levels are done..

Can really nobody help me?:(

This is probably the hardest speed run to do. For the most part try and stay to the left of the road because you can dodge most things on that side and try and jump before the pipes so you'll land just in front of them, don't jump when you're about to hit them or you won't have a chance to dodge the next pipe.
