I must be blind... I've been searching for a good 30 mins and haven't found it.

Does anyone know where it is?

its in the sewer underneath bowerstone industrial

Where abouts?

I'm up to the bit where the quest is to "Find the Bowerstone Resistance HQ" in the industrial area.

There only seems to be 3 factories you can enter, and the pub.

All other locations bring up a "you are about to leave the area, quest will exit" warning.

Where abouts in this area is it?

like where the stairs are near the river, i think theres a pub on the corner

go down the stairs and its on your right - big metal door

When you get to the Pub turn left up the little side river and you will see a door to your right.
