Man i got so Lucky with this game...

So this is how i got lucky with this game.

So i subscribe to Gamefly (rather nice service really) but anyways i had spiderman 3 set to ship to me on the day it came out. It shipped yet it was almost a week after and i still didn't have the game yet so i filed a shipping issue. Then couple days afterwards Gamefly sends me a E-mail saying that they where unable to locate the game and that they would send me another copy of spiderman 3 yet they have none in stock at the moment. So they removed the one they sent from me off my account history and everything and sent the next Game in my Q to me.

And long behold the next day i get Spiderman 3 in the mail. So it appears that i have just got a game for Free. This has happen to a friend of mine back about 6 months ago with Gamefly. Rather sweet free games are always nice.

That game was not free, somewhere along the line someone has to pay for it. What you did was fraud. And while I'm not casting the first stone beings as I have done alot of stuff wrong in my life. You should send it back because sooner or later karma will catch up with you.

No worrys guys i have since summited a E-mail to Gamefly letting them know i did recieve the game, would send it back but i'm still playing it. Just waiting for them to reply.

Well, I was going to make a post, but after reading the last posts, it seems it solved itself.

I'm glad you did the right thing and will be sending it back. People doing shit like that is why the rates for online services keep going up. Their "loss" (aka people stealing shit and saying it got lost in the mail) needs to be made up for in higher membership fees.

I got a good non-stealing deal on my spiderman 3 also, i had some money, but needed to trade in a few games at gamestation to be able to buy it. I took, lost planet, BFMC 2 and saints row. The guy behind the counter took one look at lost planet and asked if i was trading in towards spiderman 3, i said yes, and basically if i traded it in towards sm3, i only had to pay £10, i checked with him and normall lost planet at gamestation on a trade in was worth £12, so on this deal i got £40 for a game worth £12 on a trade in. YAY :D
