Well my friend just got 1600MP to buy Saints Row 2. He lives in Dubai but he has an american account. But when he clicked on confirm purchase, he got an error saying "This content is not available for the consoles in your region"
WTF?! I thought every American region account could download the content. Is there any way around this?!

maybe he could try buying from the website rather his dash ? i dunno ...

He tried both, they both show the same error.

Set up a proxy? I think it looks at your IP address for certain purchases.
