The toughest one for me so far that I've gotten is:
Gaunlet - Game Master
Reach level 100 with default settings.

I worked for 4 straight hours to get that Achievement. I was talking to my friend who was also trying to get it. Trust me, the 60g is worth it.

I'd have to go with "gamemaster" from smash Tv or "No life" in Command and conquer, i havent seen that many with these achievements, "Brass Balls" achievement for bioshock has been achieved by a lot of patient people that save frequently..

That one is a ridiculously hard achievement. You have to slear all 100 stages of Bloody Palace with an S, i have ALOT of work to do...

(It all has to be in one sitting with no deaths aswell)

A good 25 people or so have a 1000 in GRAW.

Hardest 1000 ever is Final Fantasy. There's 40-50 characters and you have to max out the levels for every single one. Guy from IGN did it and taken him 700 hours to get one of the characters to the max needed. 2 People have only ever done this. ;)


I did it on the PC, well 1 class to 75 and that took about 5 months...that is like 30 GS...

Luckily for me and my friend we are both amazing at GH2 and 3 and the only achievement we cannot get is 750k on a song.

750k on a song if by far the hardest achievement ever created and i hate it because its the only GH achieve I can't get.

K, the difficulty of getting 500 agility orbs is so overrated. i played that game for like 3 hours at my friends house and we had 350, then we played 2 more hours and bam we had it. No map, I just love jumping around
I also saw someone say Game Master in Gauntlet, thats not hard or anything. The Y button gives you health and you can do that forever. I just sat down split screen with my friend for a couple hours, ran through the first few levels pressing Y a lot, then just ran through the rest of the game. And we both got the achievement.
Cannot say Long Road Ahead personally, because the cheat just makes it easy, but otherwise, it is pretty damn tough and you need to do better than owning, you need to have a nearby, committed friend own
It is definitely music games (guitar hero and DDR) and some arcade games like Smash TV

if i recall correct, there is an achievement for quake 4 that you achieve when you are in the top 5 of the leaderboard, that is just plain lame...

its like 15GS for gettin in the top10 and 20GS for bgetn 2 1st in all gametypes worldwide leaderboard.

I think the Kengo: Legend of the 9 Master achievement is definately one of the hardest to get. You have to Win 100 online matches AND be in the top %1. The gap between the 1st 20 something on the leaderboard and everyone else is huge. Plus there's only about 4000 people on the leaderboard & you dont get to do the fighting. It's all A.I. & you don't get to choose your opponent which makes it impossible 2 boost.

Robotron & Joust are hard as sh*t 2.

Hardest achievement are the G.R.A.W 1 leaderboard achievements. It takes so much patience and boosting to get a 3 of them. I admire all the people who got this achievement (LEGIT).

In GH 3 the 750,000 is pretty tough and I would like to know the number of people who have got that. Another one is in NHL 08 where you have to beat a top 50 opponent in the world online. Its hard enough to find a match with a top 50 opponent let alone beat him.

For me the hardest achievement has been the no-hitter achievement on MLB2k7 and MLB2k8. I refuse to cheat, and on pro setting with no slider mods this is extremely difficult. I've played thousands of games and have got to 8 2/3 of no hit ball twice, but then gave up a bloop single.

seriously for me. I have about 5k and have played the shit out of annex which unfortunatly doesnt count ( im addicted to it ) and also have about 8k in annex ranked. But with the glitched seriously, i doubt ill ever get it

Kingpin on Saints Row. Only really possible on TBAC or BAC. I fucked up my trueskill on TBAC after getting screwed by boosting partys. Went from 24 to 3. I will NEVER go back up, thats for sure.

If by hardest you mean true hardest, as in, what you need the most skill for, either Robotron or Joust's "WAVE 100" achievement, or GH3's 750,000 point achievement.

If you mean the most time consuming, it's either breaking 1,000,000 soft blocks on Bomberman: Act Zero, or obtaining the fully upgraded Relic Weapon in Final Fantasy XII.

Reaching the top of the leaderboards on GRAW is pretty much impossible now too, it would take months of work.

I'd say anything involving getting a black pearl on Hexic HD is something near impossible except for experts of the game and even for them I'm sure it's tough. Also the 24x chain on Poker Smash in extremely difficult. There are so many games with outrageously harsh achievements. Those were the first two to come to mind cuz they're some of the more recent games I've played.

5 Star all expert songs on Guitar Hero 2 for me, I just don't have the amount of time others have to practice the songs over and over to achieve that; hell even after practicing it's gonna be hard, and of course losing concentration for one second could miss one note. This probably ties in with Kick the Bucket, however i reckon if it was to 5star the song it'd be harder to do than any other song :p

i have only seen one person with them and he had if not close to 100% completion on any FPS you can think of. that however cant be true you need crazy skills to get it in the first place i would call them the hardest achievements ive encountered
