half a controller wtf???

ok, so i was playing fifa, and any fifa player knows, you need to use the X and Y buttons. so im playing. and all of a sudden, X and Y wont work? WTF? A and B work fine, its X and Y. the only buttons on the whole damn controller that don't work.

anyone have an idea of why this is happening or a way to fix it? greatly appreciate any help.

R.I.P Controller. Sounds like its dead. Need a new one. Try smackin it against summit i do tht if stuff breaks n usually works lol

never mind dude, i was on the main menu going through my controlls and for some reason it was on 2 button setup.

If your this type of person.. try taking it apart, see what you can see. Maybe somethings stuffed itself in the circuit.

Happened to me randomly too, I couldnt slide tackle, then I found out it was the same button as shoot. EA :mad:

so i take it this is only a setting for FIFA and not on the xbox ?
