Police Sergeant solved. Here is how.

To get this achievement you need to do four things. These four things can be done at any time. I got them and have only done the first initial story mission.

1. Stop Bank Robbery
2. Take down the helicopter
3. Defeat dragon tail Hq
4. Help wounded officer

1. Stop Bank Robbery-This one is random, just keep fighting crime in the dragon tail area and eventually spiderman will hear sirens and comment on how you should follow them. Follow the cop cars and they will lead you to the mission.

2. Same as number 1. just keep up the crime fighting and it will show up.

3. For this one you will need to go to the hideout and defeat the dragon tail inside. Their hideout is a large factory building with 3 large smokestacks on the roof. It is located 6 blocks to the left of the queensboro bridge. When you get close enough spiderman will comment on a dragon tail lair being near and some yellow target markers will appear.

4. This one was the tricky one. This one isn't located in dragon tail turf. Travel north to the Chelsea area and here you will find a church. Swing around this area and the cutscene will play out. Finish the mission and presto achievo.

When I did this I had 100% crime rating in all dragon tail areas. Being as I spent forever trying to find the last trigger. And it wasn't until I gave up and went to work on the apoco gang that I found it.

Are there any neighborhoods or anything that can help with the bomb mission? More specific areas to stick around or anything? I got this mission when I first started playing and couldn't figure it out when I first started playing, I've done all the other missions for this one and can't seem to find it anywhere... I've been swining around Dragon Tails for EVER :(

After some more digging and collaboration with some of my achievement buddies here is some updated info on this achievement.

The Hideout and the wounded officer remain the same.

The update involves the other two which I thought were random...they are not. They have trigger points as well. While I don't know if the trigger is dependent on your crime completion percentage here is the trigger locations for the helicopter pursuit and the bank robbery.

Helicopter-To locate this one find the area labeled gramercy park. Just below you should see a large square of apartment buildings on your map. From this area go up two blocks and then go over a block and a half. It is the section right under the "CY" in Gramercy park.

Bank Robbery-Find Zackendorf tower in Midtown. It is the large silver/white building just above the midtown east label on your map. From here go three blocks to the right and this is where you wanna be.

Swing around the Church located in Chelsea and the cutscene will cue up, or at least it did for me. Again i'm not sure if crime % ties into the cutscenes happening or not.

This one was strange because it starts off in an area that isn't even under dragon tail turf.

uhhhh... yeah that helps :) I think I logged about 40 miles all around the city in ALL zones just waiting for something to happen. I got it at the church 2 seconds after I loaded the game up.

I can't find the hideout. Either that, or I've already done it and forgotten. Things in this game get awful repetitive. Can anyone help me out in finding this building? I can't find anything around the Queensboro bridge that looks like what I'm picturing based off of the above description. Please help.

the bridge you are looking for is the one that is coming from the island on the south side of the main island.

i had found the hideout but when i was fighting the guys that hop out of vases the game froze up on me. now if i go into the building nothing triggers. can some1 help?

This game is really buggy and things get even worse if you freeze up during a mission or get disconnected from xbl while doing one.

You can keep restarting and going back.

Switch to Black Spidey and then back to red spidey, or try it with black suit

Clear your cache.

Or erase file and start again.

hopefully one of the less harsh options work.

haha i just played the game for a few mins and i got it thx to a glitch. i must've done the officer one before then because i only needed no.4. i found the hideout i entered and walked around for a bit but nothing happened, then when i was about to exit he says "this must be a hideout" and the vases spawned but no enemies, then i just went around destroyed all the vases and when i headed for the door to exit, presto mission complete and 30g :D

I had a hard time finding the last one (the dragon tail lair). Finally I gave up and went to play the Final Showdown vs Venom. That was when the 2 yellow circles appeared for the dragon tail smash the erns mission.

I still can't find the Hideout. Maybe I'll come across it after that Venom mission like you did. I've been searching the map and swinging around looking for a "factory building with 3 large smokestacks", with no luck.

Yea i had the same problem i swung around the church for like 5 mins and nothing. i got 100% crime rating too that might be it

Coming off the brigde from Roosevelt Island, go left until you reech the three big towers. They won't appear on your map, however. Just run around until Spider says something, or locate the entrance.

Got it. Don't even think I did #4. For the third trigger, I was going towards the DT high speed chase (where the statues drop from the van) and about a block away the hideout trigger popped up
