These are comic book storylines that are in my opinion, must reads. For those you don't read comics, but want to get into comics, but there is so much out there and you don't know what to get. Here are some really good suggestions. Comics are expensive, trust me – I know! Make sure you're money is well spent.

5. Sam & Twitch: Udaku <---Sam & Twitch #1-8. Bendis at his best.

4. Batman - Rise of the Red Hood <---Batman 635 - 650.
Note: Read Hush before you read this. Hush is good, but not on my top 5.

3. Invincible – Issues #1-29. If you haven't read Invincible. Kill yourself now.

2. Kingdom Come - The best 4 issues you'll ever read. Artwork by Alex Ross. That should say something right there! Would be number one if not for ...

1. Infinite Crisis <--Include the OMAC Project & Villians United. Hell, The past 2 years of DC comics that dealth with the Crisis. Completely Brilliant. Number one because of how well everything has been planned out. A job very well done.

Runner ups
Walking Dead - This comic drags a bit towards the end, but picks right up again. A must read.

Batman & Superman: Supergirl From Kyrpton <<--Issues 8 - 13. The introduction of the New Supergirl by Jeph Loeb and Artwork by Michael Turner. This storyline is awesome. Would probably be # 6 on my lsist.

Batman: Return of the Dark Knight <-- I'm going to get hate mail for this, but I think Miller is overrated. For me, is either a hit or a miss. Having said that, I will admit that this comic, is a major hit. This comic is what defined Batman. Very cool. Now, the sequal, Dark Knight strikes back, is a major miss. Sin City, the first 4 storys are a hit, the last stories are a miss. Daredevil run back in the day, was a hit, Batman & Robin All Stars is a major miss. I read a lot comics - trust me, I know.

Batman: Bodyguard <<--Too many issues to remember. I just hate what DC did with Sasha. For that, see OMAC Project.

Daredevil – V2 issues #25-81. These are probably the best run of Daredevil ... ever. I’ll even say and argue that Bendis' run is far better then Frank Millers run. Crazy, you say? Read this run. Trust me, Miller doesn't have shit on Bendis.

Superman: Birthright - Returning to the roots and doing a great job. Read this. It's awesome.

Guys, do me a favor – please post storylines you’ve read. Please don’t post something like…”Hellboy.” I’d prefer something like Hellboy: The Corpse. Or - how about the "Death & Return of Superman" I have a lot more, but I've already posted a lot. Your thoughts?

Another quick note: If you have any questions on comics, I do read a fair amount. If you have a question, I probably have an answer. Ask away.

I only really can say I read 4 comic books and three of them are only a short series.

Army Of Darkness: Ashes 2 Ashes #1-4 (Entire series)
A must have for any Evil Dead fan.

Johnny The Homicidal Maniac #1-7 (Entire series)
An extremely violent comic book about a homicidal maniac and his stryofoam doughboys. Although don't confuse it for mindless killing and dumb humor, the comic has alot about society and questions about life in it. Very good read.

Squee #1 - 6 (Entire Series)
A comic about Johnny's next door neighour (Johnny The Homicidal Maniac) named Squee. This comic isn't about killing at all, well not much killing, it's about aliens and school and the son of satan Pepito. I'd suggest this as a good read as well. Amazing artwork.

Archie Digest
That's right I went there. Archie rules the world and is an amazing comic. The only ones worth reading are the actual Archie ones, not Betty and Veronica/Cheryl Blossom/Sabrina, those are crap.

Yeah, "Origin" completly slipped my mind when I posted.

The 6 Book Series of "Origin" was one of the best reads ever. It would be a bit pricey to get the books now but you can pick up the graphic novel for a good price.

Paul Jenkins is an awesome writer. I remember reading "Darkness" and thinking he had something. He also wrote something called, "The Agency" which I thought had real promise; however, never made it past the six issue.

I do love the fact that now Logan has his memories back. This is awesome because the sky is the limit on how many new stories can be done with him. I'm very interested on seeing where this is going.
