These seem to be pretty easy achievements, just rage at your body for calories and watch the achievements pop up, even better after 2000 calories they become 50G, pretty sweet
I was thinking that to just rage it up and watch the calories rise lol

I think this is the best achievement list I've ever seen in gaming history !!
At least you will do some real achievements, not just pressing buttons like any other game !!

It seems like a pretty easy list but after playing for an hour I burned about 106 calories. It did give me a lot of tutorials though so hopefully once I am done with those it will speed things up. Fun game though and I was "feeling the burn" as you might say.

so does increasing your weight increase the amount of calories you burn like in dance central?

I think by "Raging" they mean working really hard on burning calories - I average about 150-200 calories burned per hour, but that's because I'm a fat git LOL
The problem I find with this game is difficult to get time to play as the family tend to sit there moaning that I'm hogging the living room and TV :-P

Lol yeah the higher your weight the more you burn. I've heard people saying about just increasing your weight on the game so you burn more calories, but doesn't that kind of defeat the purpose?
But yeah, I don't weigh a whole lot so this game is gonna take ages :l 5 calories per mini game, lmao.

Don't worry, even at 100kg I'm only burning about 5-7 calories on a normal mini-game, they're not exactly strenuous...
Funnily enough, the highest calorie burn I've found is when you "fail" at one of the exercises during their tutorial, and just jump up and down, you seem to burn more that way.

Im 52kg but I upped my weight to 60kg on the game because I barely burn anything otherwise. I suppose its cheating a bit but I still don't burn much!

"Funnily"? Haha, now that's funny :D
But seriously, the mini-games are there for distractions, I wouldn't suggest anyone to use them as part of the working out process. The only useful one is the Smash and Hula-Hoop.
I weigh 175lbs, I'm 6 foot 2 inches, and I believe a Boxing class burns around 70calories for me, in 12 minutes. Not bad at all.
Even if you're skinny, like the girl above me, I'd still just tell the game your real weight. The second you get that final achievement you'll probably no longer be inspired to play the game. I love me some achievements too, but I want the process to be as legit and rewarding as possible..because I have a feeling that once I get 1,000 on this game, I'll no longer be so enthusiastic to play it 3 hours a day like I currently do. Or play it at all. And that's bad, because no matter how good of shape you're in,daily exercise is valuable, and that's where these games shine;providing enthusiasm.
Maybe some future DLC will keep my interest in it alive... *crosses fingers*

I've got some of the cheevie-less DLCs, and if you want a faster calorie burn then get Boxing Cardio Platinum - the Class 3 has no slow moves, and although it's only 5 minutes long, you're always doing the moves at top speed - I end up burning about 50-60 calories in 5 mins (I weigh about 220lbs), so you'll easily hit 40-50 in that time (which works out to be 2-3 times what you're doing now).
There's more kicking (and I can't always get the lunges to register), but it's definitely a better workout for time/calories burned. I'm now averaging about 300-400 calories per session, alternating between Boxing Gold 3 and Platinum 3 (so I don't get bored), ignoring the "Personal Trainer" as there's too much "jumping" involved and the neighbours below tend to get a bit annoyed when I leap about too much. :-P

Cardio Boxing for the win. I usually burn about 80 calories in the Gold Entire Class.

Im 87 kg and burn 112 cal on the full gold class. Those 87 kg are mostly muscles though^^. Really!? no slow excercises on the platium one?! Brb (Going to buy the platinum right away!)

175 and 6ft 2? Are you just bones? o.O
I'm 170 and 5'10 almost 5'11. I also burn 101-103 for a 11:30 session (Not counting the amount of time it takes to tally up everything which is about 30 seconds) doing the boxing class. Granted, it's the gold one, so faster pace.
ANd yes, the achievements make you want to burn those calories. Without them, LOL Workout? For what? FUCCCCKKKK THAT.
