As the title suggest, It is possible to get 2 special battles in 1 scenario.

I Tried it personally and it worked

Scenario: Battle of Kawanakajima
Clan: Oda
Fiefs: atleast 2 (Owari & Mino)
Allies: Tokugawa
Enemies: Asakura & Azai
Required: Azai & Asakura must remain alive at 1570 in their starting locations, while the Tokugawa must be your alive and your ally. Oichi must remain with the Azai or else it won't work. They can take over other territories, but must have their starting locations.

Now here is what I did I took over Saito in Mino during the first turn. Then I recruited Nene & Hideyoshi Hashiba and a grunt as a lieutenant (I was playing with "many" officer setting)Then to test it out I just sat around and allied with the Asakura (they seem to get wiped out by the Ashikaga constantly in my game). You can't ally with the Azai because they are subordinates to the Asakura and can't make alliances. They might even attack you(they did to me like 3-4 times) from time to time. Now when 1970 rolls along. If you have the Asakura and Azai(with Oichi) as your enemies, while being allied with the Tokugawa. The battle of Anegawa notification will appear.

According to someone on the Gamefaqs forums, it is possible to get the Incident at Honnoji battle to happen using this method. While I have not been able to replicate it during the Battle of Kawanakajima, it might be possible for it to happen during the Battle of Anegawa scenario... or I just may be missing a required character or something.

May or may not be useful for the people here, but this might be able to save you some time.
