What exactly is busted with -eNCHANT ARm- Asian Release?

I just ordered this from Play-Asia and wanted to know where the glitched achievements are. Do you have to beat the game to get 700? Or does they stop unlocking after a certain part?

You cannot get the minotaur dude in the mines or either of the two final achievements. You can will beat them in game, but they achievements just won't pop.
