Web Up....?

What does it mean by Web Up? Does it mean on Posts? Or Stick them all with webs...?

I used my Web-Balls...That don't work...

It just means web them up, Using "B" I thought it meant hanging them by a lamp post to, which I did for some of them, so just make sure you use "B" to tie them up so there standing still on the ground, and don't worry about the lamp posts.

well for this achievement i just waiting for a crime killed all the bad guys but one and just kept webbing him up (using b) i would hang him from a pole a couple of time 30 mins later ACHIEVEMENT UNLOCKED lol. gl on that hope this will help

So I just press 'B' on an enemy 25 times and I get my achievement?

Nuh uh! I already done it...

I tried Web-Balls, Lamp posts...The lot...No Achievement!

im with ya buddy i havent been able to get the achievement either.. and i am using the b button whether its at the end of a combo to tie them up or ball them.. i dunno... maybe some of these discs are glitched...

nevermind i got it finally... using the y then b combo works... i just dont know why it took me so long cuz i swear i used that combo a shit load of times and I've already almost completed all of the missions.. whavever.. least i finally got the achievement...

I've webbed up plenty of enemies but still no achievement... I'll try the Y B combo and see if that works.
