Slingshot locations?

Does anyone know of any other sligshot locations, I have only found the one on top of the Bugle and the one you use in the scorpion mission to get to the governors island.

I'm Sure there must be a few others, maybe one to get to Liberty island? If anyone finds any more maybe they could post it here./

this is a good post i would like to know where the other slingshots are also . . . . . . .. and does anyone know if you can travel out of manhattan ? when i tried to swim there it just kept throwing me back hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm ....................
