After Scorpion?

Did I miss something? I just "saved" scorpion on the bridge and he told me to meet him at his hideout, but there's no map marker or anything... I've done just about every mission available on the map and I'm still getting nothing on the main storyline. Am I missing something?

Have you done every mission on the map though? There should be some Mad bomber chapters to do once these are done you should be able to move on to sandman followed by another set of gang missions.

Oh okay... I did everything but the arsenic tour, and I just did the first two chapters of that and now I've got the dragon tails... I thought those were just extra things you could do... man, it seems a bit drawn out to have to go through all these gangs :(

I just do every mission that available it seems to spawn new missions each time, but at the point where I had just done the last scorpion one all I had left were some mad bomber chapters then the sandman mission appeared
