how do you do the petty theft i have only found 1 and that is where youfind the paintings any 1 know where they are :uzi:

those are arsenic candy missions i think and they will just randomly pop up while you're swinging around one of their 4 zones

I found another on my travels, and like papoose said it is Arsnic Candy girl territory. I believe they are random but in zone 3, I had to locate 6 speakers that had been stolen from an audio shop.

I think they are the only 2 because I have the police corporal achievement and can't think of any others.

Yeah its just those 2 for petty theft, I too got it after returning the speakers. Just swing around candy girl zones and it look for the yellow dots on the radar, one of them will be the one you need soon enough

hey i just got the stereo one and got the achievement..for this one go to the yellow part on the northern part of central park....then youll hear a police car..follow it and itll lead u to the stereo shop

i still cant find the the stereo mission, been swinging around the nothern part of central ark for a half an hour? can anyone give a more better description of where i need to be? thanks in advance.

It is best to go collect the gang members tokens, while trying to get these crime spree achievements, because they will pop up while collecting the tokens.
