Well, I can assure you she will be a Prison Bitch as all she really needed to add was the prison part.
At least I can get 45 days without having to hear about her. Strike that, with today's media we'll probably get daily updates of her stint.
Do you really think they will put her in mass population?
not a chance of that happening she will be held in some small county jail,
and treated like a princess.

there is also an online petition to get her sentence lifted that about 20,000 people have signed....thing is there is another online petition to make sure she has to serve her sentence out in full .....which 70,000 people have signed :P

Unfortunately, the sentence doesn't mean she'll actually have to do the time. Like when Michelle Rodriguez had something like a 60-day sentence from an LA judge. She spent only a couple hours in jail before they turned her loose, because the prison was overcrowded.

Medical issues my ass. I can't stand the woman.

06-07-2007, 07:15 PM
I'll bet anything the true medical reason is psychological. Reportedly she couldn't take the stand a few weeks back because of her being "traumatically terrified of incarceration". It was reported that guards heard her sobbing and she met with a psychiatrist while in jail before leaving. If she's so mental why isn't she in a psychiatric hospital and on suicide watch? It's a shame she doesn't have a clue about the outside world and what is truly thought of her. I've never found her attractive or appealing and don't see why others do. A woman in her position could help a lot of people in this world, its a shame she's a waste.

About time they went to a REAL jail.
do you ever read before you post your spam? she went for 3 days....... the medical reason was a "nervous breakdown" which is a load of crap. Jack Kevorkian, the suicide doctor, has several types of cancer. had kidney or liver failure (i forget which) and he was not released before his time. the infamous NY crimeboss Gotti died in a medical prison because they weren't gonna let him out. this pre-madonna skank gets special treatment because it's good publicity. i swear to god it makes me wanna bust down her door and put 2 in the head and the rest of the clip in her chest and stomach.

It's publicity, but by no means will it be good. There is a strong out cry for this going down. It looks bad on her, bad on the doctor, and bad on the Sheriff's department. But it makes me wonder if she had killed someone the night she was DUI would they have even charged her with manslaughter because of who she is..

They are technically calling it a transfer. She's on lock down at her million dollar mansion for the entire length of the original sentence; 45 days. Though she only served time 3 full days they are crediting her 5 days time served because she was booked at 11:30 p.m. and that counts as day 1 even though its 30 minutes. So now she has a new shiny anklet and cannot leave her estate.
Clipse 2
06-08-2007, 04:30 AM
UPDATE: Apparently the judge and city attorney are both pissed about her being released. She has now been ordered to appear in court at 9 a.m. tomorrow. The city attorney has also petitioned to have the sheriff held in contempt as they did not advise officials before the release had taken place.

So you are saying a DUI offense is able to be compared to a suicide doctor and a crime boss? I think not. The only thing that pisses me off is that one celeb walks away from this one day and then the next they try to make an example of someone... justice should be consistent and it is not.

you misunderstand, it was a analogy. there are literally millions of ppl serving time for doing all sorts of crimes but lil miss special is the only being released because she don't like it in prison. our laws are sopposed to be obeyed BY EVERYONE. if anybody comments a crime they are suppose to do the time. lets face it, she got a easy sentence to begin with.... 40 days and promised she'd be out in 23 for good behavier but all she could do was 3 stinking days and then she makes up a lame ass excuse and gets to go home. utter bullshit. if we follow this example then we might as well free EVERYBODY. afterall, i don't anybody actually likes it in there. if you can't understand that then i find it hard to believe you understand anything.

I was fucking furious when I heard the bitch was released. I'm on 4 different kinds of medications from having my wisdom teeth taken out and this still managed to send me into the red. I saw the press release done by the sheriff where he's trying to defend his move by placing her under "house arrest". What the hell? Lock me up in her house! It's a fucking mansion! Oooo, and she had her favorite cupcakes delivered for breakfast that morning to. The horror, the horror!
And was the "medial reason" why she was released because of a nervous breakdown or because of a skin rash? I heard it was a skin rash caused by the prison bedding, to which I thought "it could be from the bedding, or from one of 50 men..."
Now, normally I wouldn't even give this waste of oxygen a second of my attention. But this is just so infuriating and reflects so deeply on the American justice system I can't help but have a strong opinion on it. I'd absolutely love to wake up tomorrow morning and hear that the judge threw her ass back in jail and suspended the sheriff.

Not too be an @$$, but I want her to be in a REAL jail. Her serving the rest of the sentence in her own home won't do it for me. She should go through what everyone that has been convicted goes through...jail or prison.

I didn't believe they released her from jail. She should be kept in Solitary Confinement.
They didn't "release" her, they "transfered" her from a "correctional facility" to "house arrest". The only problem I have is that "house arrest" for her means she's in her 4 acre Bellaire mansion!
O, and Jdm, believe me, you're not being an ass. If she's going to break the law, she should do the time like every one else.
And in case people are forgetting or didn't hear, she got caught with a DUI, had her license revoked, and then was caught driving without her license for which she was sentenced to 40-something days in prison. She served 5 of those days (more like 3). Now she gets to sleep in her nice bed, get food delivered to her house, see her friends, yada yada.
God I hope that judge sends her ass back to jail.
O, btw, I thought this was kind of funny

Paris Hilton was taken from a courtroom screaming and crying Friday seconds after a judge ordered her returned to jail to serve out her entire 45-day sentence for a parole violation in a reckless driving case.
Well there you have it, this just shows the world how immature you can be at the age of 26. Now its time for her take responsibility like she said she would to begin with and serve her time.

yep, now i'm back to my original stance. i'm glad she'll serve the time in jail, i can accept her being able to get out early on good behavier. and maybe just maybe, lil miss special will think about her actions before breaking the law again. and this will serve as a warning to all rich people, don't break the law because we aren't gonna let things like this slip by us anymore.
The best thing is, after all this, she is worse off and has to do more time :biglaugh Woohoo! Hilarious :p

I can't condone using this as an example solely for rich people. There seems to be a "nothing bad can ever happen to me" mentality among young people in general. I firmly believe that this might actually prevent others who idolize or admire Paris Hilton from committing the same mistakes that she's made. If she would have been let off scott free then we might have ended up with young people appearing in court saying "But Paris didn't have to go to jail and she did the same thing", where as now it can't happen that way. Things like this happen to rich people often, they just don't have the publicity following them as Paris does. Around May of 2006 Pete Coors VP of Coors Brewing company was pulled over IN HIS DRIVEWAY for rolling through a stop sign. Wasn't as publicized as Paris, but you know he's got some money...

Clipse 2 , i did not mean to say this will serve as a example to only rich people, truth is everybody needs to be held accountable for what they do, i was kinda in a hurry while typing that and i can see how it came out that way. bottomline is if anyone does the crime, they should have to do the time. if many of paris hilton's fans learn from this, well i say thats awesome because there are way too many deaths each year to drunk driving carelessness.

sheez, can't you let a person get caught before you start howling for her blood? LoL. i don't think fame has too much to do with it. rich, middle class, poor...... it don't seem to matter, the numbers of youths thinking they are above the law is climbing fast. i think you could directly blame this on the strict child-safety laws that basically make it difficult to punish your own child anymore and there-by instilling a good social moral in them. while there has always been the "bad eggs" in every generation, anymore it seems like even the good kids just don't understand the difference between right and wrong.

Lindsay Lohan was sited for DUI around Memorial Day at 5 a.m. when she curbed her car (also for cocaine possession, but not don't think it was on her). The following night she was photographed slumped over in the passenger seat of a friends car. She's now in rehab. The difference between Paris and Lindsay though is Paris isn't an alcoholic like Lindsay is. Paris is a good time girl who I'm guessing occasionally drinks whereas Lindsay pounds the bottle nightly according to the media. But you're right Kat Lindsay should spend some time in jail and maybe it would straighten her out. I'll admit that I have been sited for a DUI myself, I spent the night in jail and paid the fines. Hell I was in a jail cell all by myself and it still scared the shit out of me. Needless to say I do not drink and drive and have not since that night.

@Clipse: Considering how things are going in the world, nobody not even celebrities should be allowed to do what they do. hell, celebrities need to be better role models like the actors and actresses from the good ol' days, like Lucille Ball and all those other 'oldie' actors/actresses. Actually I think I'm about dead on when I say she's now seen as more of a human as opposed to some rich chick who the world loves and gets away with anything she wants. Also I have to ask, when did I suggest that celebraties should be able to do whatever they want? If you've read my other posts on this matter then you would see how much of a distaste I have for her. I was never near a comment depicting that celebraties should have their way with anyone, they are no better than you or I.

I'm not going to argue that, but lets look at it like this. No one has seen Paris Hilton that way except for those close to her, but now those photos are now in the world wide media. People see that she's a spoiled little bitch and made an ass of herself in public (public being a very key word). The over-crowding in the L.A. county prison system is so bad, that they never put people with low-level crimes like hers in jail. They just wanted to make an example out of her. I'm sure there's over crowding in "gen pop" but she's in a special needs unit which from what was described didn't have anyone in it. But you're right they are using her as an example. Many in the United States know more about what goes on in celebrity lives than what goes on in the rest of the world. She's the perfect person to use for an example and get your point across.
