Special Powers question

Is there a specific level where you get to use raphs special move? cause i tried doing the same buttons combos for each turtle and i still cant do raphs. any help on this would be appreciated as i cant wait to get this back to gamefly lol.

Did you check ANY other threads? Or the achievement guide? You don't use the real Ralph until chapter 11, the rest of the time you're the Night Stalker, so it doesn't count.
