Road to Glory Quarter Length

Is there a way to change the length I have it at 5 minutes when I go to house rules in RTG there isn't a quarter length and when I exit road to glory and go to house rules at the main menu I can change quarter length but it doesn't go into effect in my RTG.

Edit: Yeah I wanted to put it up a little about 7 mins.

no, its fine though, the games dont take long at all considering you can super sim the time you're not playing
