I wonder if i buy this game retail, will i have all the DLC (included or free) and be able to do all those achievements ??

If i buy this game retail, is there some games that I will have to buy for the 1850G ????

You would need to purchase Pictureka, Jenga and Connect 4X4. They are all 800 MSP as well.
