Reznov?

So Reznov from WaW is in this game. what do you think is the story behind this. did they run out of names to use, are they trying to create a new captain price, or does he have something to do with the story. In the e3 demo he meets the americans in the tunnel. maybe he is a spy that works for the americans or maybe he is like a spy for the russians or something. after all this is the cold war. so give your thoughts people.

That's weird... I thoght Reznov was all super loyal to Russia. Cuz in the campaign he was mowin' down Nazis guns blazing yelling "FOR MOTHER RUSSIA!" I wonder what happened to him. Maybe his progress from WW2 till now will be explained? Will Treyarch keep usng Reznov like Infinity Ward keeps using Captain Price?

I liked it when he was the Russian announcer in the multiplayer of World at War. I liked the recon plane lines the most. Imagine rewriting it for Black Ops. "Our spy plane will find them, wherever they hide."

Sgt. Reznov = Russian in WaW.
Sgt. Reznov 30 years later = still Russian.
Blacks Ops is operations during the cold war which involved the russians.

Sgt. Reznov was my favorite character from WaW. Playing Downfall with his lines and this song, it was the best part of any video game I've played.

No i read in my xbox 360 magazine the whole story

It read, Reznov was outraged at how he was treated back home in the motherland (russia) when he returned from war, he wasnt rewarded and was pretty much dis-credited, blah blah it went onto say Reznov will be either helping you fight the russians in them missions or working against you. I think he'll be a good character
