Where is the Bounty Board in Oboras Fjords?

Do you know where the harbour is? If you go there, and just before you get to the lift, you'll see a big door (the door is right next to the lift). Go in there, and you'll find the bounty board on a wooden platform (up some stairs) just inside :)
