Grim Reaper questions

I've been having alot of problems with this achievement, and I was wondering a few things.

1. Has it been confirmed 100% that changing the difficulty after phase 1 or during the fight works?

2. If the answer to the above is no, can someone direct me to a sure-fire strategy for a warrior using Dual-Wielding?

no you cant. if you have lots of high end potions just go toe to toe with him in stage 1. stage 2 just attack harvester and when to many skeletons gang up on you run around and suck down potions then go back to harvester. dont have a lot of potions read my thread. 1650/1650 man i love this game.
