: there 1000's of us waiting for an answer, we get told goto the forum which is empty, nobody from EA posts there. We get told its been escalated, we just get crappy standard emails which are unhelpful and a compete waste of time as they lead to nothing

: are you telling me the dev's have had the AO2 project open and 8hrs a day for the past 6 months trying to fix what would seem to be a relatively easy bug to fix?
