Can't use created team in franchise mode? That's pretty lame..That's something to work on for 2k11.

this is very true and disappointing. in all other sport games i create a team but not on this one :(

It really is a disappointment. And, the create-a-team feature in this game isn't as strong as the other games. You can't pick the pin strips on the uniforms, create-a-field like in Madden. (Even Madden needs improvements).
