hay i have been playin just cause for not to long now and after doing all takeover i moved onto liberation after doing 20 of these i had no achievment is it worth me liberating more and trying to get the others above it

I know for a fact that specific achievement is not glitched! Just keep liberating and the achievement should kick in for you!

I've heard that sometimes they unlock after you do another mission or two.
