Gamertag Picture trouble.

I tried searching for a thread that would answer my question but could not find one.

Here's my question.

Whenever I change my gamertag picture to one that isn't a default one on the console it won't show up on xbox.com, trueachievements or here. I checked all my settings but still no luck.

Anyone have any ideas?

Did you take a picture with a vision camera?

No its one I unlocked when I played a game.
