What to do with old hard drive?

I bought a new 250GB hard drive and now just have my old 20GB one just sitting there. What can I do with it? Can I even use it for like backup or anything of saved files? Could I sell it? Or would I need to worry about someone accessing my gamertag as a result? I used the included data transfer cable with the 250GB drive to transfer the data.

You can trade them in at GameStop. Not sure how much they're giving for them now that the 360 S Trade-in promo is over, though.

Or you could put it up on eBay or Amazon.

i asked gamestop how much they would give me for it,was only 6 bucks wasnt worth it(had 20g) so i took it to my property in southern ohio and shot it up with a 12 gauge was more fun hehe

gamestop was giving 12 for them about a month or so ago....otherwise keep it as a spare, give it to a buddy, practice case modding it, if u have a laptop or something that could use an extra 20GB or even a desktop, otherwise use the data cable to turn it into an extra 'memory stick' by using it w/ ur 360. orrr use it in a laptop or desktop w/ sata if u want to crack the case and format it.

Its not like you're gonna get a lot for a 20GB, most you may actually be looking at is £5 since the trade in value for Arcades are like £20 now, they don't have the 20GB listed but I'll say they even worst value because they're really old.

Just keep it as a spare.
