View Full Version : Having a problem with Pip Village quest. POSSIBLE SPOILER!!!!

I did the quest to find the guys brother in the Pip ravaged village and the quest he gave me to bomb the structures has got me confused. He told me to take C4 to the village to destroy the buildings. But I received no C4 to do it with. Am I just missing a step?

Did you check your Inventory (not the screen with your weapons and armor, but the quest items inventory - press LB from the Quest Log screen, IIRC)? There should be enough C4 there to blow up each building in the village.

I looked through both pages to no avail. It is really bumming me out. I want so badly to complete every quest.

Did you check the lost & found chest in town? It's near the taco vendor.

I don't know if you actually see the C4 in your inventory , I didn't look , but complete the mission without problem , just return where you found is brother and harm the house

ooooh lost and found. Ill check that out. Tried just going to the village and trying to destroy anyway but it just gave me the same "can't do anything" message from before. Thanks for all the tips everyone!!

I was having so much trouble with this until I randomly checked the lost and found and suddenly had the C4 dumped into my inventory.

I noticed that he drops the C4, but unlike everyone else who drops things, he seems to drop it a bit to the side. I ran away to hand in another quest, then ran back near him and accidentally picked up the C4.

Sorry for not responding back sooner. I did check lost and found and there was the C4. Along with several other items of note I had seemed to totally miss. Thanks for all the help everyone!!:woop:

I couldn't figure out where I went wrong either. After just checking this thread, I went to the Lost & Found and sure enough, 7 bricks of C4 were there for me.
