Easiest "On Death's Door"

I chose the Centurion (don't know how well it'll work for other characters), and I made my opponent a Pirate in a local match. I had the Pirate throw two grenades on me with direct hits and it injured my arm and leg at the same time. Then just finished him off, and bleep-bloop achievement.

I've tested this method over and over and over again, and it's worked everytime.

got this achievement by accident, when i got it i was so happy, but this is a not bad way of getting it.
