Ok so I just read someone was having a hard time with Levv's final boss on easy. I remember finishing that fight pretty much before it began. So something is obviously wrong and, I have determined that whatever skills they were using, sucked. This doesn't have to be the case. I can kill most any boss in roughly 8 seconds on easy. (minus the small character bosses that move around alot, they take a bit longer) I also tested my setup out on Sephia's final boss on hard just to see if it worked and yes, its also possible with ease. Ok, onto the goods. Ah, but before that I will mention.
LOOK FOR GOLD ENEMIES, THEY DROP SOME OF THESE SKILLS.
ACTIVES
Radiant Sphere - This will kill all your bosses/big guys/summon towers as you sit back and laugh. Just set the sphere on top of whatever you want killed and watch it die. Find this skill in Colunei Canyon on Galen
Lightning Bolt - This is your mob destroyer, fire into a mob and watch as it dominates pretty much everything. Find this in Levv's Crystal Cave stage.
Mirror Image - This skill lets you mimic the skill you used LAST. Needless to say being able to do 2 Spheres or Bolts is pretty much awesome. Find this in Galen's Interior Castle Gates stage.
As far as a fourth skill goes, do whatever you want cuz you wont really need it. I like quake just cause it has a nice big AoE.
PASSIVES
Ethereal - Since orb attacks are failsauce screw them and opt for faster skill recharge. You get this skill by doing one of the first missions online. I just forget what mode. Possibly Escort as said by someone below.
Quick Draw - This skill is nice as it often times significantly reduces re-use delay on skills. Find in Levv's Colunei Canyon.
Magic Empower - Stronger magic, obvious choice. Found in Sephia's first mission.
Quick Magic - Again, the main goal is to speed up the re-use on Lightning Bolt as much as much as possible. I don't have this skill currently but I just saw it on the loading screen, so I assume its a passive and would fit nicely in the build.

Plan of Attack:
Play Galen's stages because some of these skills are going to be found in them until you unlock Levv. Then use Levv and GET Lightning Bolt asap. Then start accumulating the other skills. Save Maggni/Zazi for last as I dont think their stories net you any of these mentioned skills. Once you have these skills it will significantly speed up their stories and the rest of whatever you have remaining.
Needless to say you will want to max out all these skills to level 5 asap. Lightning Bolt, Ethereal and Quick Draw being the most important and thus should be leveled up decently first.
Sorry about the missing information but the locations are all going off of memory and acquiring random skills isnt something that I make a point to remember. This small pwning guide is pretty much ment to give a direction on what you want to do if you want to dominate asap. Or tell the people that have obtained these skills and haven't ever used them that they are sitting on a gold mine and should. =D
If I messed up on any of the locations which might be the case for the ones I sound iffy on, oh well, I try. =P If any one knows those locations for sure then feel free to post and I'll edit it in.
Enjoy.
P.S.
I tested to see if they stack and they DO INDEED stack. NOTE: All skills are level 5.
Sephia with Starter weapon / Ethereal / Quick Draw
6 second recharge Quick Draw activite / 12 second recharge no activation
Sephia with Starter weapon / Quick Draw
8 second recharge Quick Draw activite / 14 second recharge no activation
Sephia with Quick Draw
11 second recharge Quick Draw activite / 21 second recharge no activation
I do not have Quick Magic so I cannot test with that skill but I assume it would post even better times.
To Sephia users:
This shows that for this build to be at its best you NEED to use Sephia's starter weapon for a huge re-charge delay decrease. Also, I do not yet have Sephia's final weapon to see if there is any hidden variables making that an option.
With this setup you can finish Sephia's final boss stage in 25 seconds netting you 9000 souls per run. Yay fast levels. =P (Use starter weapon for faster recharge)
You obtain each characters final weapon by completing the last stage of each of the different modes. IE: Survivor, Race, Maze, etc.
After completing all the storylines, I would have to say Sephia's is probably going to be the easiest to complete on Hard. The only possibly betch part would be the Trials Boss. The end boss my method pwns it no problem.
