Michael Angelo Batio was the first guitar virtuoso I ever listened to, that being the first performance I watched of his :P
I'm sorry but I couldn't pick one solo.
First one:
Couldn't find a good video of it, so this one will have to do. The solo starts after like 40 seconds or so I assume.
YouTube- Mastodon (The Czar: Spiral) @ Busters 5/22/19
Second one:

Agreed, an underrated guitarist for sure.
There's no way that I could choose my favorite solo, but Neil Young has some pretty rocking chops on display in his earlier albums.

That kid is making a realy awesome sound in the second half...
Do you mean the clean part that sounds like he's picking fast?
If so, he's covering a Buckethead song called Big Sur Moon, which is really just a lot of delay.
The version he covered isn't the studio version though...it seems to be just a live version Buckethead plays sometimes.
YouTube- Buckethead - masterful Guitar solo (Big Sur Moon) in the Haight
I agree it's an awesome sound though.
Edit: I was trying to figure out that really familiar sounding part. I think it's from the Mortal Kombat theme. It starts at around 1:02 in that video^
