1 guy controls green minions only, other guy controls brown
blue is useless, you´ll have enough lifeforce if you don´t let them die all the time.
guy with the greens concentrates on bigger creatures (callback is important, sweep around and let them attack from behind is extremely lethal) and takes no loot, guy with the browns makes his minions as strong as possible.
Try to kill everyone at one gate before going to the next, so you don`t get surrounded easily.
You have your tier1 spells, use them. Anger and fireball are a very good help.
Other basic thinks apply (kill the revivers first, communicate, ...)

Just a bit of help for anyone boosting this game: for the Slaughter/Pillage achievements one player can quit out so the other one wins, just make sure the player NOT quitting has scored some points (or got some gold) first otherwise it will be a tie.

Also for the Survivor achievement, the doorways on Last Stand have a habit of glitching open so that no monsters emerge. This has happened to me a couple of times for no real reason. But it means you have less monsters to deal with and makes things much easier.

Yeah, finished mine up tonight. The other person can quit out after you have 1 kill or some gold. This does work, and I'm glad to. Was not looking forward to having to sit through 20 hours of multiplayer.

It is totally possible, just make sure the winning person has scored some points.

I think the confusion came about because it was NOT possible to do this before a patch was released. If you have updated your game since you got it then this technique will work.
