freezing in the citadel

hey guys can anyone tell how to stop the game freezing cause dont have a save before i entered the citadel with doctor li and the scientists. thanks for the help much appreciate it.

It shouldn't be freezing. It may be your game

Install it to your harddrive if you haven't already. That helps if the disk is scratched.
