I am having trouble trying to find red brick 16 and 19, anyone able to help me locate it?

19 is fast magic and is on ur map, 16 isnt on ur map. I havent found 16 yet either.

Found 16, its in the owlery secret rooftop room, after you use the time turner

Edit: Its the gold brick detector for your info
