I'd agree, it looks like a fairly easy 1000 in the bank.

This game is quite sorry but it's extremely easy on the hardest difficulty, and as far as I can tell it's going to be really short... Definately worth renting for the achievements, but purchasing will undoubtably lead to you questioning your existence.

On an achievement discussion-related note, I think the in-game currency either doesn't have to be collected (there's no inication as to how much you have accumulated until the end of each mission), or the exact amount necessary to max your stats is available, no more or less (as I beleive I collected all that was available on the first mission and I had exactly enough points to purchase all available upgrades.)

Edit: I just noticed the site's achievement list is incorrect; The game actually has a total of 19 achievements, not 15. If anyone's curious as to what they are feel free to have a look at the 'ol gamercard there.

the points are easy. for the max out all skills may take a while. you might have to beat the game 2 or 3 times.

Ya they changed them within the last week. Webbs on fixing up the list here, so it should be done by next week.:p

for the finding achievements do you necessarily need a map? or are you able to find them pretty easily whilst playing the story?

if you press the back button in game you can see your currency.
i have completed the game once but have no where near have enough to max out all players. (only the thing). id say you have to go through the game 3 times to get the amount you need but good thing is you can replay levels and keep your updated skills

i would be surprised if you found them all while going through the story as some are in really stupid places, so i recommend using the guide on here unless you think you have a great eye ;)

I felt this one was much easier than x-men as far as challenge goes, though it is much longer than x-men.

Man I hated those Iceman levels.

I've had this game sitting on the shelf for ages. Played a bit of the first level and it nearly bored me to tears. Gonna have to do it though don't want a big fat zero next to it on my gamercard. Good to know it's not hard though,:) just boring.:(

PS. the Iceman levels on X-Men were nothing compared to the final fight with Sabretooth. GRRRRRR!!

So how many hours roughly does 1 playthrough take on the hardest Difficulty?

So how many hours roughly does 1 playthrough take on the hardest Difficulty? really depends Im currently taking my xbox over to my bros house to play the co-op together. So should be easier with another player rather than your self plus is not that and its a boring game so with a friend / relative is better :drunk

I did the final stage over and over. It took about 10 minutes each time and I usually got about 9700-9900. I used the Thing Maxed out and smashed everything and just kept on moving.
