On chapter 6, I have no idea what I'm doing. Is the teleporter that shiny circle that appeared at the entrance to Baroque city? I skipped the cut scene that introduces it and I have no idea how to use it. If not, where is it?

Nevermind, I worked it out. I needed to progress with the story a little first.
